What age group is Bead Box Jr for?
Our recommendation is that Bead Box Jr is perfect for ages 8 and up. Younger beaders can still join in the fun, but with adult supervision.
Is there anything dangerous inside?
There are small parts so the box is not suitable for children any younger than 3.
What exactly can I expect to find inside?
Inside Bead Box Jr you will find a set of illustrated instructions along with all the materials required for the project. The instructions use simple language and clear photos.
Will I need to help my child?
It may be helpful to be on hand to help your child as there are some projects which require skills like tying knots. However all the projects are simple and use large beads which are easier for children to work with.
Will I my child need any tools?
Some projects require the use of scissors or jewellery cutters. You should be on hand to help with this.
Can I get Bead Box Jr on subscription?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer Bead Box Jr as a subscription service, but we make sure that no customer gets sent the same pattern twice. We have a variety of patterns which are picked at random for each box.
